耐震改修は一般にまったく技術的な仕事と思われ、構造設計事務所が受注し、
美的感性の無い補強工事を繰り返してきた。
本件は幸い施主がデザインに理解があった。
このため構造補強を逆用して、かえって新築校舎に見えるほどの改修となった。

Surely several reinforced walls during these panels are adopted.
After construction, the building recovered something completely new one.
