すでに建築済みの先行寮（A棟）を女子寮とし、男子寮として新棟を建てたもの。
生徒数約130人を収容でき、大教室やロビー、教員の宿泊部分もあるが浴室や
食堂はなく、A棟を共用することになっている。
このため2棟の間を地下通路でつなげ、スリッパでの往復を可能にしている。
部屋の構成、壁材、基本構造（鉄骨造）などはA棟に準じている。
この建物をA棟の下側（裏側）で等高線に沿わせ、自然に馴染ませている。

This is the second facility for boys. As first one was mix of boys and girls, dean has decided to separate
by constructing this building.
Dining room & big bathrooms are common in girls.
Connection between two facilities is laid under ground,
so that not disturb schenary beauty by construction.
Also by this reason, boys house is placed a half in the ground.
