The regular meetings will held 2 times on 1st and 3rd Wednesday per month in the Utsunomiya YMCA.
- In the 7th North East District Convention
Three members participated to the 7th North East District Convention held on 27th of September, 2003 in Sendai YMCA. 11 youth members from 3 YMCA were in the convention. Youth Involvement programs was the main theme of the Convention. Theme of Youth was "What is the necessary thing now? ". Almost youths was Youth Volunteer Leader except Y3-Utsunomiya. Answer by almost youths was " how to do better communication with children in the YMCA programs". Answer by member of the Y3-Utsunomiya was "we need to make better communication with members of the Utsunomiya Y's Men's Club".

A meeting of the Y's Men's members and the Youth Volunteer Leaders by Y3 agency was held on 27th of December, 2003 in the Utsunomiya YMCA. This meeting was held for the Youth Volunteer Leaders to get an understanding about the Y's Men's Club and Y3 Utsunomiya and planed to open the way of becoming Y3-Utsunomiya member in the near future for the Youth Volunteer Leaders. In this meeting, while doing a game, members of the Utsunomiya Y's Men's Club and Youth Volunteer Leaders communicate with each others.

The regular meeting of the Utsunomiya Y's Men's Club in February is the regular meeting of the Youth Volunteer Leaders invitation. This year, the Y3-Utsunomiya planned this regular meeting and produced it. The Y3-Utsunomiya did the agency of the Utsunomiya Y's Men's Club's member and the Youth Volunteer Leaders. In the meeting produced by the Y3-Utsunomiya, Y's men, youth volunteer leaders and Y3-Utsunomiya communicated by introduction each other through the game, dividing into the group and understanding each other. This regular meeting was an epoch-making activity.
