NEWS, June, 2019

Regular meeting of June was held on June 11 as generalization in fiscal year 2018-2019 and an official succession regular meeting in fiscal year 2019-2020 with 17 members. 5 menetts and 4 guests. The enrolment ceremony of Ms. Hiromi Nakagomi was performed by President Yamada's ministration first. This fiscal year's admission was 5 people by her admission. Next it was reported that Mr. Hiroshi Sogo was awarded Tsutae Nara Memorial Award in the R2nd from June 1. This Award is the most glory personal commendation in the Japan East Region.egional Convention of Japan East Region held in Tokyo on the Mr. H. Sogo couldn't participate in the Convention by bad condition, so Next Term C.P. Mr. Honda received the Certificate paper and Shield of commemoration and read Mr. Sogo's thankful word by a surrogate. The certificate paper and the Shield were communicated to Mr. Sogo from Mr. Honda in this meeting. Mr. Sogo's thankful word : "I'm admitted by a 44 years old of the Utsunomiya Club and don't work for 10 years, after this I assumed the treasurer, secretary and the vice-C.P. for 6 years, after this I assumed C.P., and supported establish of Utsunomiya YMCA Nursing home, we shines in the Best Club Prize. After 4 years, I assumed the DG. I awarded Elmer Crowe Award for DG. After this continue a chairperson of constitution, a RSD, ASD, an IT adviser, a member of document committee and a personnel committee chairperson for 20 continuously years. As a result it's honor for me to be awarded the best prize." Fiscal year report by C.P. Mr. Tomohiro Okubo of our club also served as an official for several years at the Japan East District, and it was decided to become the Director of Japan East District from July in 2021 at the other day's representative meeting before the District Convention. Members of cabinet introduction and hopes by the next Y's year's CP Mr. Akio Honda were told. Past CP: Mr. Yamada, CP: Mr. Honda, Vice-CP Ms. Watanabe, secretary: Ms. Kawamura, Treasurer: Mr. Arai, inspector: Mr. Sato and the Matsumoto charge director who will become a cabinet in the new Y's year from the left were introduced.

NEWS, February, 2019

The regular meeting in February was held as a special meeting combined with an open lecture with more than 150 participants. A theme is called "child's whereabouts", it was performed by 3 lecturers about the theme in which I have the very great interest. A meeting place was a wonderful auditorium of the Saiseikai Utsunomiya hospital. President Yamada represented Utsynomiya Y's Men's Club, and did a greeting of opening. This lecture was the event which could do very significant wonderful learning. Ms. Yumi Hatakeyama, the authorization NPO corporation "DAIJYOUBU" chief director in Nikko-shi who made "child's first whereabouts" in Japan lectured on a keynote speech. "DAIJYOUBU" then, both were oppressed, and the children who have had checks imposed and the parents who have given oppression to a child during not noticing, explained that it's important to return a lost heart to the beginning and be recovering from the inside by words as empowerment based on the experience which did 12 people's of children's foster parents with a problem so far. I complained that understanding of many people as well as a person concerned and support were necessary for it. The second half did a symposium by 3 lecturers. NEWS, December, 2018

December meeting was held in the "Meijinoyakata restaurant" on December 9, 2018 at Nikko as the Christmas meeting joined with 18 members, 8 menettes, 8 guests and 6 youth members. Christmas message and mini Xmas Concert by Mr. Yamaguchi A Xmas message was spoken by Mr. Yamaguchi who was a father of a church. He showed the song which praises Virgin Mary by self-accompaniment of a guitar after massage. We lived comfortably and made rub wonderful dinner after toast. The end did a charity auction after dinner, and was candle service, moreover I signed on a Christmas card to IBC and sent to the Y's Men's Club of IBCs.
