老人ホーム：魯能領秀城老年公寓計画（山東省済南市）
中国は現在、急速な高齢化が進んでおり、ケア設備を伴った高齢者用住宅の需要が多くなっている。本計画は、バリアフリー・車椅子対応を基本として、２階に入居者専用のロビー、ホール、理容、リハビリ、娯楽などの諸設備を、１階にレストラン、コンビニエンス・ストア、ショップ、カフェ、銀行など、外部者も使える店舗群を設けて動線を区別した上で併設し、日常生活の豊かさを敷地内施設でまかなえるようにしている。居室はいくつかの大小パターンを持ち、それぞれが南向きのベランダを所有している。またベランダを通しての避難を可能にしている。

Dwelling for older people with care system: By Luneng Real Estate in Jina'n city, China In China, now is increasing the older people's population and is wanted barrier-free dwellings with needed care facilities. This project is designed with lobby, beauty salon, rehabilitation space, amusement space etc. on the 2nd floor only for dwellers, and restaurants, convenient stores, shops, cafe, bank etc. on the 1st floor for everybody. These are settled after separating through the moving/access line between dwellers and visitors. The dwellers can live comfortably within their site. Rooms have several patterns and have terrace facing to south which can connect each other for refuge.
