Monday fine sky, SE1 wind, thirmometer 36 degrees C, relativehumidity 55%, atmosphere 1011 hp
It was very hot. No.8 and No.9 tyhoons were in the south west sea.
I finished the third drying of "Ume", Japanese plums in my garden.as our garden was narrow and shadowy,
I must sometimes change the drying place.but getting fine 3 days, I could dry well them.
All the Japanese plums had been dipped in the about 11% salt, when they were young, their weights were
about 1 kg. now, they were in a about 1.5 L bottle.in this Autumn, we will be able to eat.it was one of oue pleasures.
