A slow velocity fireball flighted over southern Hyogo prefecture at 15 Dec. 2019 09h09m04s(UT).
This fireball was captured by SonotaCo network observers Mr.M.Ueda and Mr.Y.Fujiwara(Osaka pref.).
Mr. Ueda's orbit calculations results were very high elevation angle path and its orbit was a general meteorite.
The luminous ending height was low at 31.6km and the initial velocity was slow at 14.3km/s.
If the path elevation angle is high, tend to be intense mass loss generally, also this fireball terminal mass was estimated only 3-15 gram.
However predicted impact zone was central Kobe city in the early evening when citizens will be outdoor, therefore we expect luck to find meteorites.
Predicted meteorite fell area
Ellipse is predicted meteorite impact zone.
