A slow-moving fireball appeared over the north of Tochigi prefecture to the south at 16 Apr.2024 14h24m57s(UT).
This fireball was observed by SonotaCo network seven sites TV cameras.
The trajectory absolute magnitude is about -2 magnitude which is not so bright with no fragmentation evidence. That seems to be a hard material structure.
Mr. ts007's spectrum observation indicated rare meteoroid material that lacks Magnesium.
The initial velocity of the trajectory is 15.0 km/s.
The mass loss in the atmosphere was estimated small and about 80 grams reached the ground.
The estimated impact point was the western part of Nasukarasuyama-city Tochigi-prefecture which is near Sakura-city.
This area is farms and low hills and expect the find meteorites by searching.
